Worry And Stress In Our Life

In times of worry and stress in our life we need to stop and take notice of all that is happening.  When we let go of these moments in our life, we find that it is a moment of gratitude, not a moment of despair.  Often we are so busy forcing our life into one mold, rather than living the life that we hold in that moment.  Let us look at this current moment and honor it with our attention, respect, and awareness. - Don Shetterly
