Vegetarian Crumble Stew By Don Shetterly

Vegetarian Crumble Stew
By Don
Here's a great recipe for some vegetarian stew made with burger crumbles.  It is nothing fancy and very simple to make.  If you're looking for something creative and easy to fix for a few meals or a bunch of friends, why not give this a try.

Here's the ingredients that I put into it, but you can put anything you like.  In fact, be creative and make it into something that fits your tastes.
  • 1 Package of Burger Crumbles
  • Several potatoes cut and diced (depending upon cooking pot size)
  • 1 Package of carrots cut up and diced
  • 2 Ears of corn with corn cut from the cob
  • 1 Can of black beans with juice
  • 1 Can of diced tomatoes
  • Dried Lima Beans (amount depends upon cooking pot size)
  • Dried Split Peas
  • Dried Black Eyed Peas
  • Spices like white pepper, ground mustard, basil, oregano, celery salt, salt
