Mind Body Breath Connection

Breathe.  When things get stressful and frightening in life, don't forget to breathe.  When you think that all is lost and there is no hope, breathe.  Just stop and breathe.  Notice your breath, the rise and the fall.  Notice how deep or shallow it is.  Observe the rhythm of your breath. Embrace your breath and when you do, you will discover another dimension of the mind body connection. - Don Shetterly
