Peaceful As A Cat

There is nothing more peaceful than watching a kitten lie on its back with its eyes closed, oblivious to the cares and concerns of the world.  Breathing slowly and deeply, it relaxes into the floor as if there nothing else to be concerned with in that moment or in any moment to come.  It is an example of lasting peacefulness, grace and ease for their life.  In the same way, we can become like the cat if we so choose. - Don Shetterly
