Ignite Electrons In The Mind Body

Do you ever stop to think what possibility does to an expected outcome or future event?  If you don't think you impact and influence events in your life, you're missing the bigger picture.  While sometimes it is hard to believe, we do create events in our life based upon the focus within our mind and body.

In the book, Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza, he states the following.
Just as the wave of possibility of the electron manifests as a particle within a specific momentary event, we observers cause a particle or groups of particles to manifest physical experiences in the form of events in our lives.

Let's break this down a little bit.  When we have a wave of possibility, it ignites electrons to fire.  Of course when we hold that we have no possibility in some event or in our life, it also ignites electrons to fire.  When these electrons fire, we put into motion, a group of particles and chemicals within our brain and body that carry that ignited electron to a result.

You might have heard at one time or another that our thoughts become our actions.  In many ways this is true, but it is much more than just holding positive thoughts.  If your mind and body are still dealing with past events and experiences, these too will become actions.  They are just as powerful as thoughts, if not more powerful.

Positive thoughts can be good for our body in many ways, but all too often we stop there and assume that the rest will work out.  We fail to go in and clean out the closets of our life, while hoping that no one will notice the bulging doors.  We attempt to keep stuffing positive thoughts inside, hoping that the door and walls won't bust at their seems spilling the contents into public viewing.

You see, what we focus on and what we harbor within our mind and body creates our actions and events.  It would be much nicer if we could just believe that is not so, but it depends upon how much we want to live in reality or in fantasy land.  All too often, we focus on our thoughts and ignore the experiences and trauma of our life, hoping that they will just go away and not be seen.

Often it is easier to function in life or so we think.  However, at some point, the bulging doors of our closets will cease to hold our life together and everything inside of us will unravel.  If we choose to start focusing on what is in our closets, we can begin to fine tune the ignition of our electrons so our mind and body will support us, rather than work against us.

I know it isn't easy to do this and I know from my own experience that there are many things I would rather leave stuffed away in my closet.  However, life as shown me pretty clearly that to do this means your mind and body will break down.  If it doesn't break down today, it will be at some point in the future.  There is no mistake in this cause and effect relationship.

You can take hope in the mindset that the more you go within and clean those closets out, it gives you more space to learn how to fire the electrons of possibility together.  We have the capacity to do this as humans, but ignoring our life's experiences will do little to move us forward.  It is only when we stop and acknowledge our entire life, that we will begin to find it.  When we find it, we give ourselves the opportunity of firing those electrons of possibility into a life we truly desire.
