Stop, Sense and Feel

One of the most healthiest things we can do for our mind and body is very simple.  It doesn't take more than a minute to do and you can do it at any time, any place or in a crowd of people.  Here's the phrase to help you.  Stop, Sense and Feel.  Yes, that's it!

If you take a moment in your busy day and just stop, allowing yourself to sense and feel, you will be amazed at just how much more healthy your mind and body can become.  It really isn't that hard.  It seems simple, but yet it is profound.

Of course, don't take my word for it.  Try it in your day and see what happens!
