Change Your Mind and Change Your Brain

One book I am reading is "Breaking The Habit Of Yourself" by Dr. Joe Dispenza.  It is a very good book and I would highly recommend it.   Here is one quote from chapter two that I just really liked.  It is simple, but to the point.

When you change your mind, your brain changes; and when you change your brain, your mind changes. (Chapter 2 - Breaking The Habit Of Yourself )


This is so true!  If we keep going day after day with the same thoughts, how can we change the outcome of our day.  If we change our mind (a.k.a thoughts), then biologically our brain will change.  Once it has changed, there is no stopping us in creating our current and future moments.
