Phantom Voices And Moving Pictures

I have no idea what is going on and no, I'm not in the freak-out frightened mindset either.  I just find some of these things unusual and if it was only one, I would quickly dismiss it.  However, there are just some strange things happening in the house that I refer to as phantom.  I don't have a better word for it.

Yes, I've had the phantom doorbell and phone ringing sounds happen in the past.  I've written about them on this blog and for the most part, they quit just as quickly as they came.  We've lived here for many years, so it isn't like this is a new place we came to live.  I have had a lot of stressful moments and I have been dealing with a tremendous amount of difficulties in life.

It was just about two weeks ago when I heard a phantom voice.  A voice actually startled me out of my sleep saying "hey there".  Now, it was not a frightening voice or one that scared me.  It just came as a surprise and startled me awake as if someone was trying to wake me up.  It was a very monotone voice without any inflection of emotion.

The other night, I had the phantom sound of a ringing phone return.  In this case, it sounded like a cell phone but with a ringtone that I don't use.  I didn't get up to go see if anyone was on the phone because I was basically in that real deep sleep state.  I just could hear the phone ring a couple of times.  Of course, when I got up the next morning, there were no phone calls showing up on my cell phone.

Last night, I came home and another phantom thing happened.  It was a picture that fell off the wall.  The way the picture was situated on my desk, it was like someone almost took it down from the wall, turned it over and leaned it up on my desk.  The way this picture is hung on the wall, there is no way it could have just fallen off and no one was home or in the house at the time it happened.  It was turned over close to where it came off the wall, but with what is on my desk, there is no way it could have risen up off the wall hanger and fallen off.  Nothing else was disturbed in the house or on my desk.

It feels like "someone" or "something" is trying to get my attention.  What this is about is a mystery to me at the moment.  It isn't the first time things like this has happened to me in life, but for the life of me, I wish whatever or whoever was trying to communicate, would do it in a way that made sense and I understood.

I'm not going to get all freaky and think its ghosts or zombies or spirits or whatever.  I'm not going to sit here and think that it is my imagination either because there are too many things happening that makes me believe, it is more than my imagination.

For now, my question I send out to the universe is what is the purpose and reason for all of this?  Why are these phantom sounds, phones and voices showing up?  Why did my picture get taken off the wall?  Please, enlighten me and show me why all of this is happening and the purpose of it.

Phantom Knock At The Door

This morning, I was awakened by a sound that seemed very real.  While I know I was sleeping sound and dreaming, I was not aware of what I was dreaming about.  Yet, I heard the phantom knock at the door.  In fact, it sounded so real and I got up to see what was going on.

I did not go to the door and open it, but it really felt like someone had knocked at the door.  My friend in the house did not hear the same thing, so I'm beginning to suspect it is like the phantom doorbell ringing and phone that I have heard in the past.

The knock at the door was not loud, but it was three distinct and firm knocks.  It wasn't like they startled me out of bed, but it was enough for me to take note of and know that someone was trying to get my attention.  I did not feel anxious or worried.  In fact, I think I found myself thinking, what is it you are trying to tell me, I don't understand.

Phantom Voices At Night In My Sleep

I'm not crazy.  I'm not one of those people that are un-grounded.  I'm not one of those people that others roll their eyes at.  Yet, at times there are strange things that happen in my life that I cannot fully explain.

No, I don't try to make up explanation and give the normal woo woo gobbledygook that others say.  What you read here on this blog is what happens and nothing more.  I'm careful about going into never never land and creating a story.  I don't think that is useful to anyone.

Just like I shared in a past blog post about Phantom Doorbell Ringing, I never thought in a million years that others experienced this.  In fact it has shocked me to no end, just how many other people resonated with that blog post.  In fact, when I first wrote that, I thought I was crazy for posting it to my blog.

Lately, I've been going through all kinds of difficult situations in life.  Its been tough.  I feel all alone in this world at times.  I feel confused, lost, and struggling hard to keep my footing on this path.  Yet, I know there has to be more and that's what keeps me going.  Don't ask me how I know because I could not even begin to explain it.

Last night though, I had one of those moments that woke me up.  Actually, it startled me awake.  I don't get those too often, but it was some voice saying loud enough, "hey there".  It wasn't anyone yelling, but the voice was just loud enough you could not mistake hearing what it said.  It was not a voice I recognized or was familiar.

What this means is beyond me.  I have no clue.  It makes absolutely no sense just like hearing the phantom doorbell ringing or the music that plays from a different dimension.  It makes no sense.

I'm posting this online because maybe others have heard voices like this.  I swear, it was just as if someone was standing close to me and talking to me.  In some ways, I think it creeps me out.

In my mind, there are many things that we don't understand.  Some may want to make up believable explanations, but often those just don't quite add up for me.  I apologize if that offends anyone, but its the way I see things.

Hearing phantom voices at night is strange to me.  I know its happened in the past and usually associated with a nightmare.  This one though doesn't seem to be associated with anything in particular.

Phantom Doorbell Ringing And Nightmare Dreams

Ugh, last night sucked.  It really did.  Not once, but twice I get awakened to the doorbell ringing in my sleep.  The only thing is, the doorbell actually didn't ring. You could not have convinced me of this last night except for others in the house not hearing a thing.  So once again, the phantom doorbell rings in my sleep and in my dreams.  On this particular night, the doorbell rang and woke me up twice during the night.

For some reason, it seems like my bad and scary nightmare dreams tend to happen in the 4 am hour.  Last night was no exception.  Yet, when I was awakened the first time by the doorbell, I felt so frightened, scared and as if something was in the house watching me.  It isn't the first time I have felt that way and these frightening dream states tend to be less frequent then they once were.  However, it seems like I cannot escape them.

It was around midnight in my dream when the event happened although the actual time was around 4 am.  Since it was night time, most of the houses around us were dark, except for ours.  We had the usual lights on and in this dream, instead of having a solid front door, we had a full length glass door.  When the doorbell rang, I went to the door and had nothing on but a t-shirt and boxers.  I would never answer the door dressed like this, but in my dream I did.

Phantom Doorbell Ringing

Last night (sometime in the very early hours when it was still dark), I woke up or thought I woke up to the doorbell ringing. Of course, the cats and my partner didn’t hear this but I did. I remember thinking that this was such a strange time of the night to have a doorbell ring and for someone to come to the door. However, I did not feel the need to go to the door and check it out. It was like I knew no one was there.

Of course, until I started to write this, I had forgotten something else. It was the wee hours of the morning when it should be dark and yet I remember seeing bright light coming through the window shades as if it were daytime. I don’t remember really feeling like my parnter or the kittens were there. I don’t feel like I was awake or asleep but that’s about the best I can describe this. And I know this isn’t the first time I have experienced the very bright illumination coming in through the windows.

Yet, I’m not conscious enough or awake enough to ask questions in this. It is a strange place for me to be in when it happens.

Shortly after we moved to this house, I heard the doorbell and phone frequently in the middle of the night but no one else would ever hear it. Then it stopped.

Before we moved up here, I remember hearing the doorbell ring just a few days before we got the offer on the old house. I got up that morning and ran to the door and was so anxious thinking the realtor was going to show up with an offer. It didn’t happen that day but a few days later we got the offer.

Now, I do realize that the anniversary of my mom’s death was today but yet all the other times I have heard the doorbell or phones have been on days that had no significance to me.

And it clearly wakes me up (or it feels like it wakes me up) because I loudly hear these sounds. You would have a hard time convincing me that I didn’t hear them. With someone right beside me and the cats, they would notice it but no one but me notices the sound. It is a very distinctive sound just as if the doorbell rings.

I’m sure it could be considered dreaming or something but the thing is, I remember it so vividly like it really did happen.

It does tend to make one feel a little off though. And I have no idea what it means or what it is but last night was a strange night of sleep where I went into and out of deep sleep from one minute to the next. It was a very strange night.

I don’t sense any impending doom or anything. In fact if I sense anything, I feel anticipation of something good.

Garlic Makes Me Sick

Well the ugly monster has once again arrived. Yesterday, I went out to eat at a well known restaurant and I try to make sure I don't eat garlic, but obviously I messed up yesterday. The reason I'm writing this blog post is to share my difficulty with others who may be experiencing this same thing.

I barely made it home yesterday, before I got very sick. I will spare you the details but my stomach feels like it was suckered punched for days. I've felt weak because of it. At least my headache has now subsided. My face and body no longer feels like I am sitting inside of a 2000 degree box.

This is not the first time I have experienced this result when I inadvertently ate garlic. It has taken me some time to begin to narrow it down, but even a small amount of garlic can cause a horrible chain of events, that leave me praying for a small moment of relief. It isn't pretty and it isn't fun.

Trauma and Renewal Conference At Barry University

Trauma And Renewal Conference
Barry University, March 16, 2012

On March, 16, 2012, Barry University in South Florida will be holding its 17th annual Professional Conference. The topic this year is trauma and renewal: implications for research and practice. The featured speakers are Charles Figley, PhD and Kathleen Figley, Dmin.

I personally have never been to one of these, but it looks like a great event to attend especially if you work in the area of trauma. My good friend, Dr. Paul Canali is going to be one of the presenters at this event. The topic he will be speaking on is Healing Trauma And Chronic Pain Through Autonomic Re-Regulation and Somatic Awareness.

Dr. Paul Canali is the founder of Evolutionary Healing Institute and the originator of Unified Therapy. Through Dr. Canali's work, there is hope for people to heal as they discover the autonomic balancing reflex in their system. Unless trauma is released in the physical body and connected through the awareness of the mind, it will reside as potential energy searching for an exit route. If it is not released from the body, the exit routes can include anything from depression, anxiety, physical ailments, body pain to rashes, conversion disorders, sleep problems and many other situations. Dr. Canali has found a way to heal the body that is highly reproducible and is based upon scientific principles.

Onions And Garlic Hurt My Stomach

Even though I try hard to stay away from certain foods, sometimes it is unavoidable.  It seems like everything in this world has to have onions and garlic in it to be called food.  Yes, I know how healthy and beneficial these things are and how great they taste.  However, if your stomach becomes upset from them, it is hard to accept the health benefits.

I know I have written about this subject before, (see Phantom Smells Of Trauma, Onions) but yesterday I had some foods that had onions and garlic in them.  My stomach hurt with pains that felt like someone was inside of me punching the exterior wall of my abdomen with as much force and frequency as they could.  Normally I get very warm and a headache starts, but this did not happen this time.

In fact, I think I have actually gotten better with this food allergy or food sensitivity with onions and garlic than I was not long ago.  I have virtually cut out diary and I actually believe that has helped me.  In addition to that, I've been doing some intense healing work on myself, which is probably accounting for the change.

We All Somaticize

One of the things we often overlook in our society affects the health of many people. We are quick to focus on major diseases and health conditions as they pertain to medical care. Yet, when it comes to understanding and comprehending somatization, the medical system often fails to see what is in plain view.

Somatization in a simple definition is when we take trauma or stressful situations and turn it into a physical reality. The physical symptoms are really nothing more than a physical manifestation of the trauma or stress. Often you hear people only talk about trauma, but in all reality, the build up of stress over time has the same effect on the body as a traumatic moment.

Consider the following example. Your home life is stressful trying to pay all the bills, keep the mortgage current, while your job has been nonstop. There is never a peaceful moment in your day or a moment where you can relax. The kids have demands upon your time, your significant other vies for your attention and you have to make sure the house is taken care of, meals are prepared and a whole host of other tasks. On top of that, even though you get home at night, your company issued smart phone keeps you engaged in work activities through text messages and email. You long for a vacation where you can toss your phone in an ocean, but quickly realize that the possibility of relaxation is nothing but a dream.

How To Release Emotions

Life Learning Lessons: How To Release Emotions

For the past several months, I’ve been dealing with a rash that for the most part has gone away. However, there is still one section of my upper left arm that is hanging on. It changes of course from moment to moment, day to day. Some days, it is almost nonexistent and some days, it bothers me with an intensity that would make a grown person cry.

So the other day I was in a situation where I was working on a client site in close proximity with someone. This person was a touchy, feely person without strong boundaries. While their behavior was not with malicious intent, the touching and slapping they were doing around me was irritating to say the least. My body is very hypersensitive and the area they were touching was the area on my arm that still has a rash. It sort of felt like every time they touched this area, they were pressing the button on the atomic bomb and it was like, my arm kept saying – how lucky do you feel as they touched this part of my arm. The fear that comes up is that I’ll go off, lose control and go back into whatever is behind this rash on this particular spot on my arm. Right now, I cannot consciously describe what that is but I know without a doubt, it is there.

After a couple of times asking the person to not touch me especially not in this area, they continued. Of course I know they weren’t doing it intentionally as it was a subconscious thing within them. Something in them triggers this type of behavior in an autopilot mode where I’m sure they don’t even realize what they are doing. There is a very good chance; the action is mimicking something from long ago in their life that has now become a pattern. I understand that and can recognize it but it still makes it a very tough ordeal to experience.

However, here is where the series of events go into overdrive. After the second time of him hitting me in the arm, I picked up a chair in a joking manner and said, now go ahead and touch me there. I was trying to drive the point home enough so that he would stop. Fortunately he did but by that time, the itching had picked up dramatically and my arm was extremely painful. It was the kind of phantom pain that went deep to my bone and muscle and had nothing to do with the physical touch of being slapped. This was much deeper than that.

So I drove home and probably a good two hours after this happened or more, I all of the sudden found myself in a furry of rage at nothing or at no one. Yet, I was so full of rage. I was cursing, screaming at every little thing that seemed to go wrong on my computer or whatever was around me. At first, I didn’t even realize I was that full of rage until I stopped and took a look at myself. I kind of felt like a dog chasing his tail, who that actually caught his tail and then stopped and looked at what had happened. Yet, even in this moment, I could feel the deep rage bubbling up inside of me but with no explanation or connection to why it was there. From that point, the anger just increased exponentially to the point where it was unbearable. I wanted it to end. This led to me thinking thoughts of how can I end my life from this which of course then led to feeling like I wanted to cry but wasn’t able to cry. This all happened in a matter of moments and switched back and forth as easily as one could step forward or backwards.

It left me feeling like I was such a screw up and like I was just so darn messed up that I would never get through all of this that I am healing from. It felt like there was no tomorrow and no reason to go on. I struggled to keep myself from just wanting to give up. Again, this is in a matter of minutes or less and it switches from one emotion to the next so quickly.

I struggled through the next day of this wondering why all of this had happened and felt very sad for myself that anyone should have to endure this. After talking to Dr. Canali today about it and sharing with him what happened, so much more made sense.

You see, at one time in my life, I had no outlet for many emotions. It was not something that was allowed, condoned or even possible in my family. I was always a hypersensitive kid and that didn’t mix well with my family. We did not show anger in front of my father at all nor was I allowed to show tears without being told to grow up, whipped for it or being called a cry baby and humiliated. My mom was the one that seemed to be allowed to cry but then that was ok in my family because as I was taught, she was a woman or it was her time of the month so it was expected. That was the teaching I received from my Neanderthal father. Plus, the only anger I ever saw being dealt with in my family was my dad going off into a rage. There was no example I had to follow of watching someone release anger in a mature and safe manner.

Now fast forward to later in life when I have absolutely no clue as to how to deal with emotions in a healthy way and treat them as if they are a normal part of life. They were something to be feared, to be loathed and avoided at all costs. Yet, the stuffing of emotions deep within me got me many medical conditions from ulcers and illnesses, to migraines and daily headaches. So now, at my adult age, I am trying to parent myself and teach myself how to release emotions in a normal, healthy and balanced way.

Hearing from Dr. Canali that all of this that was going on, was my body and mind’s attempt to learn how to release emotions and deal with the emotions in a positive way, was like manna from heaven. Here, I had been beating myself up for it and getting lost in the fear of losing control rather than embracing the newness of my awareness for all that I was becoming conscious of. I thought it was a dreadful thing when in reality; this process is a good thing. If I can keep myself from diving deep into the fear of the moment and allow it to unfold and allow myself to learn from it, I know I will be able to transform some more of these deep hurts and lessons missed in my life. The more I get swallowed up by the fear of what is happening in moments like this, the more I am fueling the series of events to loop around in a circle with no exit.

It is a process to learn to heal these things and to fully reclaim one’s life. It is not a quick fix of I’m through this part so that’s it. We as humans are constantly evolving or hopefully we are and through that constant evolution, we are becoming more and more who we really are. To deny this or stop this process is denying the inner truth about our self. It isn’t easy going through this but as I have learned through the many other experiences that have come my way, there is the reward of a life filled with so much more than I could have imagined.

Ringing Phone And Angel Numbers Dreams

Ringing Phone And Angel Numbers Dreams
Last night I had one of those "strange and unusual" moments while I was sleeping.  For a more accurate description, I could call it a dream, but I'm not 100% sure that fits in this case.  While I know I was in a dream state, it feels like I was awake in that moment.  It gets difficult to tell the awake moments between the dream moments at times for me.

The dream actually startled me out of bed with a ringing phone sound.  It was not a sound of any phone that we have in the house, but it was clearly a digital phone ringing sound.  I noticed that no one in the house heard it but me.  It was enough though to startle me out of a deep sleep and I could have sworn it was just as real as an actual phone ringing.

The next thing I remember is that I had someone whispering into my ear to look at the time on the clock.  So, I kind of haphazardly looked at the time and thought okay, be quiet and leave me alone (to whoever was whispering in my ear).  Just let me go back to sleep.  Once again though, they told me to look at the clock.  This time, instead of seeing 2:58 am, I saw 2:59 am.  I'm thinking at this moment, so what?  Why is this even important for me.  Just let me go back to sleep.

Timing Of The Unseen And Unknown

The other day, I had three unusual events happen. I don't try to go out into whoo whoo land on things like this and get all weird or anything. However, I find it interesting that these things happened in the way they did with the timing of their occurrence. In fact, the timing of them was probably the most telling part.

The first event was with me trying to film the shuttle as it took off and there is actually two parts to this. I knew this was coming and did not want to miss it as we can often see it from our house. Coming back home from the fitness center, I saw a tweet on my twitter account that it was launching within minutes of arriving home. I hurriedly gathered my camera and tripod, racing out the door so I could film it. At the time I thought it was the very last shuttle flight but have since found out there are two more (again timing). I hooked the camera up to the tripod, got it turned on and saw the shuttle appearing in the sky. As the camera started to record, it went into sleep mode. Once I finally got it turned on, it said "battery exhausted". [the battery was fine earlier] Even though I knew there was little time to run in and get my other battery, I attempted to do this. By the time, I got everything going again, the shuttle had already passed and I missed the video shot I wanted.

Not thinking about this much at all, I went to a class that was one of those that just happened to come across my attention in the right moment at the right time. Someone had told me about a place Enchanted Soul of Cassadaga in Lake Helen, Florida. When I pulled up their website, it was almost like I just stumbled immediately into information about a workshop on "meeting your spirit guides". Again, the timing of it was perfect and so I decided to go. While it was extremely difficult to reach anyone to sign up for it, I knew that I would take a chance and make sure I went to the class. Fortunately a few hours before the class began, I was able to reach someone at the store and register. It was perfect timing in finally reaching someone.

The next timing scenario played out as I sat in class trying to record my observations about the spirit guide we met in a meditation time. A pen that I have been using and was showing no signs of running dry would intermittently work and then go dry while trying to record these things. It was almost like it was playing with my mind or just teasing me. At least that is how I felt but in an amusing sort of way. I still managed to record my observations.

Then after getting home last night, I was turning a hall light on and the light above me flickered and flickered for what seemed like several moments. At first I thought the light bulb was burning out and I would need to replace it but it kept flickering for the long time and almost like a strobe light going off and on. I didn't think too much about it until Jeff told me that the other light connected on this switch did the same thing. I was perplexed at that and thought of the guy on the TV show, I Survived Beyond And Back, who said he after he came back from his death experience, many electrical shortages and things such as this had taken place.

I could not help but wonder by this point, what was going on. It was unexplainable and as I write about all the events in the day, I can see that there was more than just one thing going on. What all of it means, I do not fully understand but there were too many instances of unusual events taking place to just dismiss them.

Of course, the pen that wouldn't work now is working fine with no sign of running out of ink. The lights in the hallway seem to be fine with no difficulties. The camera battery is recharged now. If I did not record these things, they would have slipped by without even knowing they took place.

I cannot explain these moments any more than someone else can but I'm smart enough to understand that they weren't just some random occurrence that has nothing to do with anything else. They are more than that. Just like the times when I heard the phantom doorbell or the phone ringing in the middle of the night only to discover, no one else in the house heard it. Or the first time I went to Cassadaga and went walking around only to come back to the car and discover a fair sized rock on the floor of the car, even though the car was locked and no one could get into it.

And sometimes, I don't think I have to fully understand what all of this is about or stress if I do not. In time, I feel like I am shown what i need to be shown. If anything, I realize from these moments that I am not alone as I travel through this life. I'm sure many different people would have many different explanations about all these moments, but those explanations would be what works for them in explaining the unknown through their own belief system. For me, I will just hold these things in my mind until I get further confirmation or clarification of why they showed up in the way that they did. I already do have some idea of what that is but for me, that is something personal that I hold within my heart.

And right now as I write this, I'm listening to Enigma and the music really seems to coincide with all that I just wrote. The music is very abstract and a little unusual but it is music that I love to listen to at times. Interesting and amazing again, the timing of the events.

Phantom Smells Of Trauma, Onions

“I afraid they will find out”

“I’m afraid they will come after me”

“I’ve been threatened before,” I exclaimed! How dare you tell me this isn’t real? It feels more real than me breathing air at this point. It feels more real than life itself and yet, I’m being told, it isn’t real. Oh come on, how am I supposed to believe that? How can I even begin to accept that? I feel the fear within me. I feel the trembling inside. My body wants to hide. And yet, I’m being told that I am safe and I am okay?

Those thoughts and words were going through my mind yesterday as I had a session with Dr. Canali. My body felt overwhelmed by life and where I thought my pain was originating was really not where it was located. Here for the past week or so, I’ve been feeling pain in my shoulder, my hips and my back. I managed to release much of it on my own but the feelings, the fear, and the emotions were still locked within me. While I wanted to dismiss this and hope it would go away, deep down I knew that this would not happen.

Fear has ruled my life even though I’ve tried to ignore it, minimize it, and run from it. Life knows I’m good at covering things up and running from them. I have gotten so good at this that I cannot even tell when I’m doing it. I’m amazed at how we as humans can live in fear and completely ignore it or act like we are complete strangers.

The session didn’t feel like I had really accomplished much. It was a struggle to just allow myself to trust another person, especially their touch. I could tell at points during the session, my body did come down, let go and relax. Yet, I felt agitated and distant. I felt like I was almost just not present. It was almost like I was floating somewhere in space apart from a physical location although I knew I was there. Going into the night, I felt very out of it. I didn’t feel centered and grounded. I didn’t feel like I was in a place where I wanted to be.

All the way home, I smelled onions. It didn’t matter if I was in the car or I had the windows rolled down or in the hotel room. I just continued to smell onions. The more I smelled the onions, the more I felt angry and agitated. Feeling overwhelmed, I felt almost as if this would just never end. To this day, the slightest smell of onion brings out a nanosecond response by me with anger and disgust and leaves me feeling nauseated. I used to love onions but I can’t stand the smell or sight of them. Eating them will make me violently sick to my stomach. Why? I have no idea! I wish I knew. And somehow, I’ve got a feeling that smelling the onions is somehow connected to the specific work in the stomach that I was doing yesterday in the session with Dr. Canali.

While I didn’t realize my stomach had been in as much pain as it had been in, when I got on the table, it felt like a big lump deep inside. It was painful. It was intensely painful. The slightest touch almost brought me to my knees in tears. I felt an intense sadness there and when I say intense, I mean a very strong feeling. In the sadness, I felt fear. While these things surprised me that they were there, I knew I had touched these feelings and points before. I remember the big black ball of goo that I once came up against in a session from a few years ago. Maybe this is all connected?

Before going to the session, my stomach was physically expanded from my body. It was like I had gained 30 pounds in the past week although I knew that was not the case. My pants felt very tight on me around the waist that morning. I did not even need a belt as my pants are normally a loose on me. When I got home, I noticed that I needed a belt. The tightness around my waist was no longer there. It physically changed in the session. Eating supper last night was much easier than it had been. Lately, I had struggled to eat anything and was resorting to junk food. Whatever we touched in this session really caused a big change in me physical. While I’m not sure what that is, it is helpful to at least see this physical change was possible.

I wish all of this was in clear view and something I could understand. It is not clear at this point. For now, all I can do is stay with all that is going on within me and realize that most likely I have much processing that is taking place within me. It is not a fun place to be and is a little difficult to keep the faith, so to speak. However, I know that I have been in these moments before and I manage to find a way through them. That is all I have to hold on to at the moment. The rest will work itself out, if I don’t stop the process with fears coming up within me. It is not so much about what I could do in this situation as it is about me allowing things to process and change. It is about me allowing myself to go into the fear and let it go. It is about me allowing my thoughts from the old tapes to be replaced. In my allowing, I know I will find peace, comfort and healing.
