That fixed my
brainstem and right part of the brain.
2. Still had broken neural path behind left orbital of eye. So I focused on this part of my brain and re-programmed my brain by imagining shaking hands with all my tormentors. I overwrote my old memory with a new one.
FOcused on this for about 1 hr. I feel 100 % better.

My mobbing took place over about 4 days. It was intense.
I hit rock bottom. Could not concentrate. I was a shell
of myself. Even left-brain healing through reading did not help. I thought: Am I going to be broken for the rest of my life? But the above to things helped so much.
Hopefully this can help someone else. If you are ever verbally abused, EXCUSE YOURSELF FROM THE SITUATION. Your
health/life is on the line. Finally, forming new relationships helped me. THis makes sense because it forms new neural pathways. BUt you really have to fix the old one first by thinking of new paths.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-567475060382733569.post-42602918613681965062010-09-06T21:33:29.615-04:002010-09-06T21:33:29.615-04:00thank you for this. in my work teaching yoga to S...thank you for this. in my work teaching yoga to SGBV trauma survivors, understanding this process is wildly helpful.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
