I don't know where you're located but Dr. Canali was able to help alleviate a lot of the stuff in a few sessions. It is an autonomic dysregulation of the nervous system (basically) and most doctors don't fully understand how to get someone through this. Just two hours a night of slee...this is exactly me! Just two hours a night of sleep if that. If i dare nap in the evening from exhaustion, it translates to about 6 hours of wakefulness at night! Just at about 6:00 when my alarm should go off, i finally fall asleep! I have doc's appointment tomorrow, sleep clinic.
